Tungsten carbide roller for paper rewinding machine
Dia: 460-1800mm
Face length: 2100-10000mm
Material of roller: reel pipe or seamless steel pipe
Shaft head: 45# steel, Bulkhead: HT250
Surface is coated with tungsten carbide, thickness: 0.1-0.2mm
Roller and inside and outside diameter will be processed.
And after that we will process rollers’ dynamic balance to improve machines’ stability.
And before the spindle head has been installed ,we will make the second dynamic balance. Dynamic balanced grade: G2.5
Tungsten carbide roller will be packed in wooden case or iron case, depended on specific conditions.
