Dia: 1000-1800mm
Face length: 2100-8000mm
Material of roller: HT250-HT300
Shaft head: 45# steel (casting steel or forging)
Surface is covered with rubber, rubber is from Stowe Woodward. Rubber thickness: 20-25mm.
Roller and inside and outside diameter will be processed.
And after that we will process rollers’ dynamic balance to improve machines’ stability.
And before the spindle head has been installed ,we will make the second dynamic balance. Dynamic balanced grade: G1.6
Our products are packaged by wooden case or iron case, depended on specific conditions.
