The main material is HT250, contact pulp part is SUS304 stainless steel,plate material is SUS304 stainless steel (thickness 25mm, the outer thickness 31mm), refiner discs are high chromium alloy steel (thickness 25mm), spindle is 45 # steel quenched and tempered, gear couplings is 45 # forged.
Double disc refiner will be packed in wooden case or iron case, depended on specific conditions or customer's requirement.
