ZWJ-H118A paper bowl machine is an euipment both for single coated and double coated paper bowl.Compared to the original ZWJ-H118 paper bowl shaper,this machine fit ultrasonic welding function to make the bowls much better and beautiful.It has the function of auto paper feeding,preheating,sealing,oil injection,bottom cutting,heating,knurling,curling,water line mark,stack etc.It can alarm via sensor checking,counting itself,ZWJ-H90A is a good machine for making soup bowls and noodles bowls etc.

3.the machine will be finely tested before  delivery which ensures the perfect performance of  the machine has .

4.we can dispatch technologists to buyer's factory,guiding installation, ajustment for a period,the buyer will be charged  of the salary,traffic fee,boarding and lodging,communication and each day 100usd living allowances.

5.we supply the free training of buyer for a week. the cost of air ticket,boarding and lodging should be provided by buyer.

6.we supply the consumable spare parts for free  for one year use.

 Q1: What is the difference between my machine and the machine from other company?

Four shafts we use is 30 mm diameter.

While other companies use 25 mm diameter.

All our machine use big 125# gear box , machines can work stably than normal type .

Q2: if the machine break down overseas, what is the effecient to solve the problem?

A2: Basially , the machine is easy to operate, the engineer can teach the client how to fix the machine by video or email. And the engineer are available to overseas. 

Q3: The payment, MOQ, producing period and delivery time?

A3: T/T 30 % as the deposit, and the balance payment should be paid before delivery.

      MOQ is 1 set.

     The producing time is 25 days after deposit.

     The delivery time is within 5 days after balance payment.
