Dual Spindle Automatic Continuous Mosaic Tile Cutting Machine
1. Main Function:
This machine is applied to cut large tiles(max width 800mm) into strips and mosaic. Large tiles of different size can be cutted into strips and mosaic continuously without doing any adjustment.
2. Working Principal:
a/ 1-12 saw blades installed on the first spindle do the pre-cutting
b/ The same number of saw blades installed on the second spindle do the splitting
3. Main Advantages:
1. Dovetail-groove lifting, double bridge structure and all steel machine frame make the machine work stably and dualby
2. Well-known brand electric motor and bearing produce high performance.
3. Twice cutting can assure high speed and less edge-crack
4. V-guide of the conveyor belt keeps the belt running with high precision.
5. Spindle bearing block cooled by water-cooling equipment assures long time continuous cutting without being overheated.
