Plastic roofing material of Polyvinyl alcohol fiber are widely used in construction and engineering projects, such as roof, basement, cement board. PVA fiber can improve the reinforcement of cement concrete and increase crack resistance. They are neccessary filling materials in concrete.

Function of Polyvinyl Alcohol Fiber:

1.It has good mechanical character,can improve the strength and impact of the architectural materials.

2. It has good performance of acidoresistance and it is suitable for all cements.

3. It has good disperstiveness.

4. The deflection temperature and the cold resistance of the cement board and cement bricks can be increased 50%.

5. Improve operating conditions.

Use instruction:

1. Mixing amount: Only one-fifth of asbestos.

2. Stirring requirement: It is no need to change the proportion of cement, sand and aggregate.

For cement concrete: crushed stones, fibers, cement and sand are put into the blender and stir for 30 seconds, then put water and stir for 1 minute.

For  asphalt concrete: Put crushed stones, sand and fibers into the blender and stir for 20 seconds. Then put the asphalt and stir up. The total time of stirring is not less than 60 seconds.

1. The road, surface of road, bridge floor, runway and floor of the factory.

2. Port, deepwater wharf, project in the severe cold area.

3. Anti-collision wall of highway, anti-impact board.

4. Reservoir, swimming pool.

5. Side wall and roof of the basement.
