1.   Q: Use SMS setup parameter if no reply

1. To check if low battery, charging after half an hour then try again.

2. As some simcard don’t support the function of communication or simcard balance is not enough, please recharge.

3. GSM singnal is weak around, if may cause SMS receive delay, seeing blue light work state, 1 seconds on 3 seconds off or off all the time, it verify that network is normal; but if quick flashing all the time, it is not register to network.

2.   Q: Press power button it doesn’t off

   In connecting belt state, the device can’t be off, only re-open belt when press power button 5s can power off.

3.   Q: How to look device whether low battery or not?

Short press power button, if there are 2 light on it shows that battery more than 15%, if there is only light on, it shows that it is low battery

4.   Q: Press on SOS no SMS

   a. Low battery, please charging half an hour then try again.

   5. Q: SMS content no longitude and latitude

    

   When power on firstly should take out the device LBS, then can find update location. If yellow light 0.1s on, 3S off it indicate that it has been positioning successfully. If off all the time, device is not vehicle mode. If detection has not vibration, GPS searching or overtime it will off, after have vibration and task it can on.

    

5.   Q: Wrist strap break but has not alarm

1. Big screws unscrewed or have not corresponding to the metal hole, adjust screw location pay attention to the mark on the belt.

2. Connect unusual because some screws unscrewed on the device

3. Connect or disconnect time is short, it must more than 10s.

6.   Q: Standby time is short compare to spec

1. Battery is not full enough until red LED turn on green LED indicate the is full.

2. GSM network is unstable when standby, so GSM module is working.

3. Working mode is wrong, vehicle mode standby can only 15 hours, smart mode must static to test.

   If it is moving all the time when power on, GPS module will always on, so long standby test better in personal mode. As personal mode GPS can work when there is task and device moving.

7.   Q: SOS SMS alarm location is incorrect and sometimes there will send 2 messages, sometimes just one

Fist when press SOS button or disconnected wrist strap, the device will send out last LBS message, second, and then it will search gps. Third, if in limit time search fail, the device ignore, but when search success device will re-send an message.

8.   Q: Geo-fense alarm delay several minutes sent out

1. GPS signal is weak, out of geo-fense for long time LBS

2. Personal mode setup GPRS interval is long, if setup interval for 10 minutes update one time, open Geo-fense function it will cost 5 minutes to update, so it will delay.

9.   Q: What Size for a GPRS data?

1. Approximately 180B

10.        Q: cannot through GPRS to setup parameter

1. GPRS parameter form is incorrect or IMEI is wrong.
2. GPRS upload data interval too long, sever and device disconnect and unsual.
