1, The machines we supplied has 1year warranty, if some parts are broken when the machine is  

 working nor    mally during this period, we could exchange them with the new parts for  free (excluding the lens and the laser  tube). However, the lens and the laser tube have 3-month  warranty.

2, The instructions are burned to a CD, it will be sent as the attachment with the machine.

3, If you have got some problems during the operation, please contact us immediately, our  

engineers will help you solve the problems. If necessary, we will send our dedicated engineers  to your home to help you.

1,Q;The machine is on,but no working. (Q=question, A=analysis, M=method)
   A:1,check whether the machine is power on.
      2.check whether mainboard parameters are right.
  M:1,Repeat Pulling and plugging the connecting line.
      2.Correct the parameter according to the software manual.

2,Q:It emits the light all the time when the machine is working.
   A:Check whether the mainboard parameters are right.
  M:Correct the laser device’s parameters according to the software manuaL.
3,Q:Starting and resetting are unnormal
   A:Whether the mainboard parameters are right
   M:Correct the reset polarity or the polarity of X-axis,Y-axis according to the software manual.
4,Q:The laser light is on and off when the machine is working.
    A:1,whether the water-circulating system is good.
       2, whether the voltage is steady
   M:1,Clean the water tank and water pump, clear the pipe.
