Product Description- plastic coated steel pipe

plastic coated steel pipe is made from based steel pipes. Coated with a special nanometre epoxy and PE on the interior or exterior surface of the based steel pipes. These composite pipes are high strength, anticorrosion, antistatic, antiflaming.

Steel pipes easily rust and be corroded. Plastic pipes are low strength, easily shape changed. Hot dipped epoxy coating steel pipe contains both advantages and conquered the both shortages of steel and plastic pipes. Therefore, Plastic Coating Steel Composite Pipes lead the developing trend in the future. It’s also environment-friendly and energy conservation material which the National coal department promote and popularize. The application is for water supply and drainage, plus and minus pression aeration, slurry spray and gas drainage etc.

FBE coated steel composite pipe is hot dipped double sides coated with a layer of plastic powder all around steel pipes. For use condition to choose different plastic powder. The work temperature can be -50°c-800°c.
