NE Plate Chain Good performance Bucket Elevators for industry

Plate chain bucket elevator is composed by working parts, drive device, upper device, central cases, lower device.

Working parts-composed by hopper and special plate chain the NE30 use single chain, NE50-NE800 use double row chain.

Device drivers-use a variety of drive combination to drive, (according to users’ actual requirements). Driving platform is equipped with maintenance frame and a rail.

Driving device is divided into two kinds: left and right install.upper device-install a rail (double row chain), non-return device, discharging opening is equipped with rubber plate to material plate to prevent material back.

Middle section –part of middle section with rail (double chain), in order to prevent the chain swing .

The device- -there is automatic installation tensioning devices

Working Principle                                                           

While powered on, the driving device (made by customer's requests) drives head pulley to make the bucket belt do the circular motion from bottom to up. The bucket is filled with material and conveyed to the head terminal, and then the material is thrown from the outlet under the action of centrifugal force according to the parabolic design. After discharging, the empty bucket is back to the boot by conveying and be filled again, and then lifted from bottom to the top to the specified height to reach conveying vertically.
