Structure of Grinding Mill Machine
- High Pressure Suspension is mainly made up of the mainframe, separator, blower, finished powder cyclone collector, bag filter and connecting pipes, etc. According to users’ need, the mill can also be equipped with accessory equipments like crusher, bucket elevators, hopper, electromagnetic vibrating feeder and switch box, etc.
6 Features of Grinding Mill Machine
1st Features: High Pressure Spring Device.
- Comparing with the Raymond mill, this grinder is assembled with pressurized spring to improve the mill eiciency. its capacity increases by 10%-20% under the same power condition, and compression force of rollers to material improve 800-1200kgf under the force of high-pressure spring.
2nd Features: Roller & Ring Pendulous Design
- Inside the mainframe, the roller subassembly is suspended on the roller suspender through horizontal supporting axis, and the roller suspender fixed up with the main shaft and shovel stand. Located outside of the roller bearing house, the pressure springs make rollers push down the inside surface of ring through horizontal supporting axis.
Grinding roller and ring are made of high quality hard alloy and is wear resisting. Customers also can choose other high abrasive materials, such as 65Mn, Mn13Cr2Cr and chrominum cast steel, according to the actual material.
3rd Features: Speed Regulating Motor and Blade Seperator is adopted
- High quality speed regulating motor is adopted to adjust the rotation speed of analyzer, and the output size also can be adjusted accordingly. The variable frequency motor also can be used.
Blade analyzer is adopted to analysis the powder of 0-400 mesh effectively.
4th Features: Cyclone Seperator are adopted to collect the particulate
- Cyclones are high-efficiency centrifugal particulate separators. Cyclones use centrifugal force to separate particulate out of the airstream. There are no moving parts inside a cyclone body and no filter media.
5th Features: Reduction Gear Box
- Closed gearbox are used as the transmission device of main unit, stable in transmission and reliable in operation.
6th Features: Bag Filter & Pulse Bag Filter
- In order to protect the environment, we adopt the bag filter, it can well seperate the ash from the air.
- Cutomer can choose Bag Filter or Pulse Bag Filter.
