1st Feature: High Pressure Spring Device

• Comparing with the Raymond mill, Mine Mill for Gypsum is assembled with pressurized spring to improve the mill eiciency. its capacity increases by 10%-20% under the same power condition, and compression force of rollers to material improve 800-1200kgf under the force of high-pressure spring.

2nd Feature: Roller & Ring Pendulous Design of Dolomite Vertical Roller Grinding Mill

• Inside the mainframe, the roller subassembly is suspended on the roller suspender through horizontal supporting axis, and the roller suspender fixed up with the main shaft and shovel stand. Located outside of the roller bearing house, the pressure springs make rollers push down the inside surface of ring through horizontal supporting axis.

• Grinding roller and ring are made of high quality hard alloy and is wear resisting. Customers also can choose other high abrasive materials, such as 65Mn, Mn13Cr2Cr and chrominum cast steel, according to the actual material.

3rd Feature: Speed Regulating Motor and Blade Seperator is adopted

• High quality speed regulating motor is adopted to adjust the rotation speed of analyzer, and the output size also can be adjusted accordingly. The variable frequency motor also can be used.

• Blade analyzer is adopted to analysis the powder of 0-400 mesh effectively.

4th Feature: Cyclone Seperator is adopted to collect the particulate

• Cyclones are high-efficiency centrifugal particulate separators. Cyclones use centrifugal force to separate particulate out of the airstream. There are no moving parts inside a cyclone body and no filter media.

5th Feature: Reduction Gear Box of Dolomite Vertical Roller Grinding Mill

• Closed gearbox are used as the transmission device of main unit, stable in transmission and reliable in operation.

6th Feature: Bag Filter & Pulse Bag Filter of Dolomite Vertical Roller Grinding Mill
