1.Vertical belt Press Filter Introduce       

It is a solid-liquid separation equipment with high-efficiency, energy-saving and high automation degree. This equipment adopts the pump pressure, material gravity and air pressure or water pressure to form the differential pressure on both sides of the cloth, so it can achieve the high efficiency solid-liquid separation.

1) The layered structure of filter plate adopts guide device to make sure the smoothly running.        

2) It can continuously automatically finish the operation in the process of filtering, extrusion, washing, drying, discharging and filter cloth regeneration.

A: Our factory is located in C distict of Qixia Songshan development zone  Yantai City of Shandong Province,China. It is just half an hour from Yantai airport. We can pick you up at any time at there, we warm welcome you come to visit our factory at any time.

3.Q: Do you have  minimum order quantity request?

A: for spare parts we have no MOQ,but for whole set equipment of course 1 set is the minimum.

4.Q: Do you have  certificates?

A: Yes, we have CE, ISO,SGS.etc. certificates.

5.Q: Can you meet my special requirements for my products?

A: Yes, we have rich expeirence and we have a professional design team. We can provide differents drawings according to your requirements.

6. Q:How to buy your idea products?

  A:You just need provide us your slurry informations ,water sources, ground area (connect us for more details).Then will give a satisfy solution.

7. Q:How to pay?

  A: TT and L/C are acceptable and TT will be more appreciated. 50% deposit before producing, 50% balance before loading by TT.

8. Q:What is the delivery time?

  A: It depends on order quantities. Generally speaking, the delivery time will be within 4 to 6 weeks.

9. Q: How to pack the products?

  A: We use stuitable package for ocean shipment according to our experience. If you have special package requirements, we will pack as required.

10. Q: How to keep your equipments from corrosion? 

A: We use differents consturction material for your differents material slurry,according to your slurry PH value.Normally,for painting we use the world-famous paint, like SigmaCoatings,PainBow,etc. What's more, we paint strictly according to the standard process.

11. Q: How do you produce your equipment ?

  A:We use high automatic machining technology  includes laser/plasma cutting, automatic welding,CNC cutting and bending machine,you can see the high-tech machinces in our company workshop everywhere.

12. Q:How to install after the equipments arriving destination? 

A: We will arrange our engineers for you to guide installation and commissionning jobs.Meanwhile,we provide detailed illustrations to you. 

13.Q:How to select the correct equipment size ?

A:We will send you a questionnaire about your material slurry,you just try to fill out it,then we will try to give you a suitable solution for you according to our experience,or you can send us some sample to do the tests.We can do the tests for free for you,we own a high-tech tests room in our plant.
