Sample shipment: UPS/DHL/FEDEX/EMS/Your forwarder agent

1) We usually ship out small cubage sample by quickest express such as UPS,DHL,FEDEX according to customers' destination.

2) For unusual cubage like complete bikes, sevral units of frames, we usually ship out samples by EMS

Bulk shipment:

1) Under EXW price, Cutomers designated their own forwarder to pick up cargos from own warehouse.

2) Under CIF/FOB price, We arrange the shippment to customers' named warehouse, including the local chinese custom clearance, local charges. Customers is reponsable to hanlde the terminal local charges and Custom Clearance.

3) Under DDU/DDP price, We arrange the shippment to customers' named terminal warehouse address, incuding all the custom clearances of both sides and all port charges. Customers need to cooperate with our logistic forwarder agent to finish the clearance and TARIFF payment. 

We do not assume any TARIFF for the customs of your country. Usually we help the customers to reduce cost by issuing the lower value Commercial Invoice and Packing List, This can enable customers to reduce the TARIFF. 

We offer custom painting and additional special color for your team,club and brand. Within a few extra days and With a little extra charges, we can provide your own unique dream bikes.

The frame and Wheels have 2 year quality warranty, Other bike parts have 1 year quality warranty.

II. Return Rules

OEM Order

As the bicycles are customised according to customers configuration,

And the logo is painted according to customers' requirements. So before

real bulk production, we will produce a sample bike for both of the

parties to double check the quality details and standard, The bulk production will be finished by the same quality control level of the sample. If there is still tiny problems about the quality, We will refund and negociate with our customer. We will try our best to earn your 100% satisfaction.

Stock Order

1) If it is our products own quality problem, We will replace new one to you.

2) If it is the damage during the transit of the products, Please double check the exterior package before you sign the receipt , If it is broken, Please check the interior products and take photos under the witness of the distributor and asking for the receipt of damage in case of products damage. Then contact our sales representative ASAP. We will assist you to get the compensation from the express company.

3) If the quality problem is caused by your own unreasonable assembling or riding, We are not responsible for the problem.
