Product Description:
1.The pneumatic rotary double-positioning feeding and automatic turnover mechanism enables the machine to paint the door's six sides once time which saves working procedures, improve efficiency and ensure the painting effect.
2.Only need two ordinary workers to finish the whole process. The capacity is 160-190 doors per day(8 hours).
3. Touching type computer digital operation machine or automatic detection machine are provided. Both of them are easy to learn. Controlling the spray gun's moving route through the computer to imiate manual painting, which ensures smooth painted surface and reaches the corners being painted.
4. The machine is easy to operate and not rely on painting technique. It shortens the production cycle, reduces paint cost and labor cost.
5. 2 spray guns are provided in general, while 3 spray guns can be installed at the most.
