Product  Introduction:

FME40 Spray Painting Production Line

Suitable for the continuous surface painting for thealuminum profile door frame, wooden line, photo frame and skirting line. 

1. Spray Painting Machine FME40

Features :  

1. PLC controller controls each spray gun’s switch independently.

2. Automatic identification infrared sensor is provided to test the product’s length and width. PLC adjusts spray gun’s position automatically.

3. The automatic spray gun is imported from Japan originally — Meiji spray gun. Each spray gun can be control separately.

4. Equipped with wasted gas purification system.

5. Stable paint supply is offered by a set high-capacity diaphragm pump and stabilizer.

6. The conveyor’s speed can be frequency conversion.

7. The paint recovery device can recycle 70%-80% wasted painting.

2. IR oven machine LGF40

Features:

1. Using the heating theory, the machine can speed up the paint thinner’s volatilization and shorten the drying time.

2. You can choose the infrared ray to heat if needed.

3. The fan can drive the air to circulate, which can speed up the paint thinner’s volatilization.

4. The way to deliver adopts the conveyor which includes heat-resistant chain and stainless steel circular tube.

5. Equipped with automatic temperature control device to adjust the temperature.

6. Recycle to use the mixed flow to save energy

3. UV solidifying machine UGF50C 

Features:

1. Imported high mercury ultraviolet lamp and imported baffle board are equipped. The degree of lamp’s irradiation has the strong or weak select device. The imported baffle board can reflected 95% light.

2. The convey mode is stainless steel type

3. The unique 3D curing system can drying the different sizes work-pieces

4. The special wave band lamp structure is able to control the paint’s toughness, hardness, adhesive force and rubbing property

5. The anti-ultraviolet radiation diaphragm is added in the side plate and enters and exit sunshield to prevent the UV letting out.

6. To increase the system security, it is equipped with scram button to control.

8. It is equipped with stepless adjustment to transfer and preventing deviation stable device to make sure that it transfers smoothly.

NOTICE:

1. This production line sprays UV paint.

2. If you use the UV paint, once the galvanized board pass the UV solidifying machine, galvanized board can be drying at once

3. If you use the UV paint, the production line needs the UV solidifying machine for drying.
