Applications:

    This automatic window patching machine is the most advanced and special equipment from China for patching windows of graphic carton and gift box. Base on the humanization design philosophy, it has the characteristics of high efficiency, high accuracy, high stability and easy to operate. It is suitable for the cardboard and corrugated paper. The paper is pulled away from the bottom of the paper stack one by one non-stop. After paper forward positioning, flexographic plate modeling composition, accurate patch cutting, it can be use for window patching of the gift box, toy box, shirt box and milk box and so on.

Features:

1.Feeding: Lower friction feeding belts adopt American Ever-power deep notching belts;

2.Suction feeding belts adopt German Siegling belts.

3.Mechanical driving chain is from Japan Choho. About 50% key bearing adopt Japan NSK bearings.

4.Key buttons and contactors use Shinelder.

5.Man-machine interface touch-screen is from Taiwan WeinView.

6.PLC and frequency converter are from Taiwan Delta.

7. All photoelectrical sensors are from Japan Omron.

13.Machine frame adopts 30mm steel plate with heat treated and is produced by CNC machines.

14.Cylinder sheeting knife:The cylinder sheeting knife use quality alloy steel with special heat treatment to extend its usage life. This new sheeting system replaced the old scissor cutting to film feeding accuracy. By means of stepless speed variation, different film cutting length can be achieved. This will be more stable and reliable.

15.Glue application roller: It is independently rotary. It can be pulled outside of the machine body. When machine stops, the glue application roller will keep rotating by its independent motor to keep the glue from solidifying onto its surface. When cleaning, the roller can be pulled out for easy access to save time and operator energy.
