This garde chair is made of high quality 304 stainless steel tube and commercial grade teak. With excellent craft we apply, it is up to high end market. 

Production Process
1) Precise Cutting: This is the most common part of steel furniture, Stainless steel needs precise so as to offer good premise for welding. Our workers have been in this production line over 10 years. We do excellent job on this.

2) Welding: This is one of our most important flow. Many suppliers weld tubes roughly, then polish it. For the part that can be polished easily, we do same thing, but we don’t polish inside corner. We just do nice welding and wash with liquid. It looks nice then polish. It requires finest craftsmanship.We use tungsten inert gas welding which produces superior-quality, TIG is an arc weld process which grants the operator greater control over the welding allowing for stronger, higher quality welds. .

3) Polish: Remove, convex welded part, dirt mark, scratches and fingerprint in the process. Most suppliers do same thing

4) Brush: Abrade the surface with a fine grit sandpaper, the brushing gives the metal a distinctive look, as it retains some but not all of its metallic lustre and is given a pattern of very fine lines. It can be compared to metal with several small scratches all running in the same direction. Small cratches in the same direction can be controlled to be obvious or unobvious.

5) Coating: This process won’t appear in most of factories. Most of us think that 304 stainless steel will not rust. That is wrong, in moist and salty weather like seaside, 304 stainless steel still rust. We use special liquid for coating that can resist elements that will bring rust to stainless steel. The most important thing is that the coating won’t decrease metallic lustre and won’t bring fingerprint.

It is made of brand new materials in order to keep matt and smooth surface. It can be exposed to UV directly over 3000 hours. it at least can last 3 years even extreme weather, can last longer in most of coutries. 

Weave

It is 100% woven by hand. Straight strands, smooth corner. It looks like machine-woven. you can not believe this is hand-woven since you can not see better one in other place. 

Cushions

We made drainage cushions for this set with sun@brella and quickdry foam, add weatherproof mesh to the entire underside of all cushion. Maryard cushions for maximum drainage and airflow. Even in rain, it will dry quickdry when rain stops.  Softer back foam and soft foam will make cushions most confortable.
