 SMG-916JL series embroidery machine adopts the theory of machine tools rotary system,and  the precise machines processing and assembling technique which SHEEN has accumulated for many years have been combined. Its main functions and technical advantages:

1.     The driving between main rotation and X/Y asix uses the advantage of numerical control machines rotary structure, so that it achieves steady and reliable running . And it still can maintain low noise,low vibration,even if the main shafts speed is 1000rpm/Min. The embroidery quality and productive efficiency have been improved obviously.

2.     We adopt the device of adjusting thread and collecting thread,         so that the tension of face thread becomes reliable and thread-break and off-line become less,which it is suitalbe for high speed embroidery.

3.     Taking advantage of latest developed sequin device, you just adjust one screw ,then you can finish the exchangement between sequin size 3mm,5mm ,7 mmm and 9mm, and the speed of sequin embroidery can reache 900rpm/Min.

4.     Taking advantage of auto lubricative device, it can lubricate automatically in the area of needle bar rotary part ,needle bar running, rotary hook shaft. And you can set the oiling period and oiling volume according to the machines using frequency, so that it can make the main rotary parts reasonable lubrication and avoid polluting the embroidery by the oil.
