2) Our casting workshop adopts lost foam to guarantee the size and precision of casting parts.

3) All the parts are performed heat treatment, natural failure, vibrating stress relief(VSR) to relieve 

internal stresses.

4)  All the guide surface are performed quenching.

5) we implement assembly line,and the assemble workshop includes feed box team,gear box team,

worktable team,hydraulic unit team,scrabbing team,drilling hole team,power distribution team,

daubing and painting team, test team and after-sale service team.
