| Efficacy |
1.Efficacy on skin: Rosemary essential oil can be used to stimulate hair growth, improve shine and condition of the hair and promote a healthier scalp. It can also help improve the appearance and colour of skin in peripheral areas i.e. hands, arms, legs and fee;
2.Efficacy on body: Rosemary essential oil has an affinity with the chest and sinus areas and is often used by people who snore. It can also help to soothe aches, pains and stiff muscles;
3. Rosemary helps stimulate the brain and can help with fatigue, lack of direction or concentration and poor memory.

| Usage |
1.Massage:carrier oil 10 ~ 15 ml + 2 ~ 10 drops of essential oil,gently massage until fully absorbed. 5.Bathing:drip 8~10 drops of oil into the bathtub which is full of hot water and stir it evenly. And then bath in the tub for 15~20 minutes. After bath, clean the body with body shampoo. 6.Compress:3~6 drops of oil into the hot water and stir it evenly. Wet a towel with the water and wring it out. Compress the towel upon the right position of the body.
