· The feeding is realized by means of CNC system,capable if realizing a cycle comprising fast forward,fine forward,fast backward(chipremoval),the efficiency prominently improved.In addition,an orders are designed specifically for drilling operation,which simplifies the operation and improves the effectiveness.
· An electromechanical integration design ensures the compact structure and esthetic appearance;
· Uses in the high speed hot extrusion,drilling, hole slash, reaming, tapping and milling;
· To feed transmission system uses the ball bearing guid screw, the precision stability is good;
· This machine has three axis numerical control system,various axes running rate is quick, can realizw the stepless change,the pinpointingm, through the drill hole ,the milling, working procedures and milling end surface and so on processes each kind of components;
·Table elevation of the workbench is conducted by an electric-driven mechanism,There are two optional means of elevation manual and automatic.
