4.  Installation instructions

4.1 Preparation

4.1.1 Open the package to check the device model number is correct, be with full accessories, or else please contact your supplier;

4.1.2 Choose SIM card, need insert a GSM SIM card into the device, please refer to the suggestion of your supplier for SIM card choice.

Notice: Please insert SIM card before turning the device power switch to on;

The SIM card need open the GPRS function;

Please make sure SIM card with full balance.

4.2 Installation

The device is hidden type installation, we suggest the device installing by professional institution. Please pay attention to the following points:

4.2.1 To avoid the thieves’ destruction, the device installation place should be as far as hidden.

4.2.2 Avoid putting the device with reversing radar, car burglar alarm and any other vehicle communication devices;

4.2.3 Can fix the device by ribbon or wide sponge powerful two-side glue stick;

4.2.4 The device has built-in GSM and GPS antenna, make sure the receive side upward and there is no metal shielding.

4.2.5 Recommended installation place:

The hidden place in the board below the front windscreen;

The hidden place around former dashboard (nonmetal material for skin);

The hidden place in the board, below the back windscreen.

4.3 Device light description

Note: the three lights must be stable lighting represents device can work normally. Device will turn into sleep mode with lights off after around 5 minutes, it will wake up if make a call to device number.

5.  Wires connection

1. Red wire connects to vehicle power anode

2. Black wire connects to vehicle power cathode

3. Yellow wire connects to oil or circuit control wires

4. Green wire connects to ACC wire

FAQs Need your HIGH attention:

1. Q: If this tracker can work without a simcard?

A: This tracker is a combination of current GSM network and GPS positioning. A suitable simcard is a FIRST NECESSITY to make it work. These 2 CANNOT work seperately.

2. Q: Where can I find a Suitable simcard to make it work?

A: As mentioned above, a suitable simcard is required to make it work. But when you choose the simcard, you need to be CAREFUL in order not to waste money. The simcard should be a GSM network based (ONLY GSM). The tracker now CANNOT support 3G in theory. Why in theory? According to our selling experience, in some countries such as AU, US, UK, etc, there are ONLY 3G simcard can be found now. But the tracker CAN still perform normally with such 3G simcard, that is because these 3G simcard can support or compatible with a lower generation like 2G or 2.5G, which is enough to make the tracker work. When you choose the simcard, PLEASE DO CONFIRM this with your local simcard provider.

3. Q: If your trackers are FAKE or CLONE ones?

A: First, let's say NO to confidence both of you and us. We have our OWN production line and Tracking system. If we are selling fake or clone ones, we should have been prohibited from selling earlier. There are several GPS tracker manufacturers here in China. 4. Q: I CANNOT make it work. Both the tracker and user manual are complicated

A: The tracker comes with a certain technology, but it is a little far away from being told as complicated. About the user manual, it illustrates very detailed on each function, EVEN each correct command you should edit to send to tracker. You just need to spend some little patience reading it over. The user manual will NOT ONLY helps you get familiar with the tracker, BUT ALSO will help you do a CORRECT operation.
