Bucket elevator:

Kexing bucket elevator has the advantages of big throughput, high lifting height, stable and reliable operation, and long life. The elevator is used for conveying powder, granular and small block and non-abrasive and little-abrasive grinding materials, such as: coal, cement, stone, sand, clay, ore and so on. For the elevator is with a ring chain,it is allowed to transport the materials with high temperature (the materials’ temperature does not exceed 250 °C). General transport height is up to 40 meters and usually used in the complete raymond mill plant.

Main characteristics of bucket elevator:

1-Drive power is small, flow-through feeding, induction discharging, large capacity hopper-intensive layout are adopted. Almost no materials return and excavate when hoisted, therefore, less reactive power. 

2-The range of hoist is wide. And the elevator requires little to the type and characteristics of the materials, and it not only can lift general powder, small grain size materials, but also hoist the strong-abrasive materials.

3-Good sealing, no pollution and environmental.

4-Good operational reliability, advanced design principles and processing methods ensure the reliability of machines’ operation, the time of trouble-free is more than 2 million hours.

5-Lifting height is high. Elevator runs smoothly, so higher height can reached.

6-Long service life. The elevator adopts flow-through type feeding, no need digging the materials with bucket, so the materials seldom press and crash. This machine was designed to ensure that the material are few scattered in the feed and discharge, reducing mechanical wear.

Working principle of elevator:

The materials are scooped by the hopper form the storage below, with the conveyor belt or chain raised to the top, and turned downward around the top rounds, then dumped into the receiving tank by bucket elevator. The transmission belt of bucket elevator with transmission generally uses the rubber band, which equipped under or on top of the drive roller and return pully on the upper and under. Bucket elevator with chain transmission is normally equipped with two parallel transmission chains, with a pair of drive sprockets or a pair of bend wheel under or above. Bucket elevators are generally equipped with rack to prevent the dust flying in bucket elevator.
