4.Capacity:
10mm width/roll,1000m length/roll,12 shafts,8 hours,20-28m/min.
If 20m/min,8 hours can produce:
20m/min*60min*8hours*12shafts/1000m=115.2 rolls
Except wastage then the capacity is 110 roll.
If 28m/min,then the capacity is 150 rolls.
So in 8 hours can produce 110-150 rolls sealing tape.
5.Raw materials:
PET is double side corona treatment,double side coating glue by sealing tape coating machine,film thickness is about 10 micro;HDPE is double side silicon coated,film thickness about 10 micro.Then coating and laminating HDPE and PET together by sealing tape coating machine.
