There are two steps to finish this processing situation:      

Firstly: grinding system      

Secondly: mixing system

2.It features reasonable process, compact structure and small area occupation;      

3.It is suitable for livestock, poultry and aquatic product farms to produce feed, the raw materials can be wheat, corn, maize, bean ,rice husk and so on;

3.Description and features of Premix animal feed processing mill:

1.Premix Feed Production Line is widely used for the mixing of powder feed such as: premix feed, dry mortar, building material

2.The complete system is made up of batching hopper, bag filter, bucket elevator, double-shaft high efficiency mixer and electric hoist.

3.Having high mixing speed and homogeneity. Mixing time: 1-3 minutes.

4.Full-hearth electric or pneumatic door unloading, quick discharge, material residues is low.

5.Set the return air duct, dust-free leakage to fully meet the requirements of environmental protection
