We are a professional design and manufacture of slab,billet, rounds grinding machine,chamfering machine, packing machine and finishing equipment for 29 years.
1. Equipment main purpose and scope of application
1.1 Summary
The strapping machine is a special equipment that automatically spot weld and pack the stacking profiles with the steel band of (31.7 X (0.9-1), it can be used on line and off line.
Packing specification: 200-500mm (circle is diameter, Square is side length, hexagonal is diagonal length)
Beat: 5-7s
1.2. Technological process
Lifting the whole plate strip to decoiler → guide strip the front guide pulley, fixed and movable pulley, guide pulley, artificial feed belt in place (each time you change the entire plate of steel strip as operations) →switch for automatic operation mode: send belt →entrainment, head drop → pull tight → welding →cutting →welding open → head up →waiting for the next action. Complete the whole welding process.
1.3. Basic composition
Equipment is composed of feeding mechanism, frame, machine head, machine, welding device, pneumatic system, hydraulic system and electric control system.

1. Steel strip specifications: 31.75X0.9~1(The maximum diameter of single disk 800mm, the minimum installation hole of 200mm)
2. Feeding belt speed: 477mm/s(Adjustable)
3. Head lift speed : 80mm/s(Adjustable)
4. Head lift stroke : 500mm
5. Welding device
5.1. Welding mode: pulse TIG
5.2. Input power: three-phase
5.3. Welding current range: 1-200A, rated output: 175A:7V, 60%
3. Pneumatic hydraulic system
Pneumatic system by air pressure air pump, FRL, throttle valve, the gas motor, the transmission mechanism of the cylinder solenoid directional control valve, muffler, installation integrated block, gas pipelines and other components. Hydraulic system by hydraulic station, hydraulic motor of the solenoid valve, hydraulic pipe, etc.
4.Electrical system
This system is made up of PLC, low voltage components, each detection element, magnetic switch, limit switch, and so on. Operation mode is divided into manual and automatic control

4.Q:Machine Use and Maintenance?
A:Before operating,check the voltage ,pour lubricating oil in gear box and grinder seat,First changing lubricating oil time is 100 hours(about 15 days),then every changing lubricating oil time is 1,000 hours.
Clean the machine daily with compressed gas not water to avoid current short circuit
