Rotary table is one of the most important part of machine tools, its design is also very important. As the key part which undertake workpiece, its rotary accuracy, rigidity and composite carrying capacity will affect the processing performance of machine tools directly. So bearing selection plays an important role for the machine tools. The traditional rotary table use two groups or more radial/thrust bearings to combine to take radial load, axial load and tilting moment at the same time, though this solution is matured, the disadvantage is that the rotary table structure is very complicated, and the bearings are not easy to mount and maintain.

Structure introduction
Combined axial-radial bearing structure can bear double-direction axial load, radial load and tilting moment. The bearings have mounting holes, so the bolt can fix the bearings directly, bearings have preload before leaving factory, no need to adjust clearance when installed. This series bearings are suitable for the application which is low speed and short rotate period, and have higher requirements on rigidity and precision, for example, rotary worktable, indexing head etc.

Application parameters

HONGYUAN have enough product lines. YRT basic series are suitable for low speed, short period application. As for other applications, we also have corresponding products and solutions. YRTS high speed series can be used for the situation which need low frictional torque and relatively high speed, which is suitable for rotary table of direct drive motor and double pendulum head etc. ZKLDF axial angular contact ball bearings series have features of much higher rotary speed and lower frictional torque. Which can bear composite loads, is suitable for high speed rotary table of machining centers, vertical grinding machines, measurement and control fields, etc. YRTM bearings with integral angular measuring system have the modular design of integral angular measuring system, which can achieve integration of rotary table’s precision rotary and accurate angle control, and simplify the structure, so greatly suitable for CNC rotary worktable of CNC machining center and indexing table etc.
