Description: | 1. Carbon additive as raw materials through high temperature calcined at over 2000 by the DC electric calciner with results in eliminating the moisture and volatile matter from anthracite efficiently.
2.It has good characteristics with low ash, low resistivity, low sulphur, high carbon and high density. It is the best material for high quality carbon products.
3.Calcined Petroleum Coke comes from delayed coke which extracted from oil refinery.
4.Although Calcined Petroleum Coke contains a little bit higher level of sulfur and nitrogen than pitch coke, the price advantage still makes it widely used during steel-making and founding as a kind of carbon additive/carburant. |
Application: | 1.Carbon additive was usually used for steel-smelting, casting and friction material.
2.It can improve the density and the electric conductivity and strengthening the mechanical strength and anti-oxidation.
3.Carbon additive is mainly used in steelmaking in electrical furnace,screening water,shipbuilding sand blast to remove rust. It can reduce the cost of steelmaking effectively by replacing the traditional petroleum coke of carburant.
4.Also can improve the Carbon content in steel-melting and ductile iron foundry.
5.It can improve the density and the electric conductivity and strengthening the mechanical strength and antioxidation. |

Company Profile
Henan Giant Industrial Co., Ltd. has operated China's aluminum products for many years, supplying aluminum foil, coil, sheet and circle. With years of development, our annual production capability is reaching 100,000 tons, including about 60,000 tons of aluminum sheets and about 40,000 tons of aluminum foil and circle. The foil rolling facilities produce aluminum foil with thicknesses ranging from 6 micron to 240 micron, and the width can be as long as 1650mm.
