SiAlBaCa alloy is the most effective deoxidizer and desulfurizer in the Barium alloy.

It can extremely reduce the oxygen in the steel and make the complicated oxide contains Ca/Ba/Si/Al easier to flow from the molten steel, so as to pure the steel and improve its toughness.

Application:

SiAlCaBa is new product we developed and mainly used in steel making:

 1.Calcium and silicon have a strong affinity with oxygen. Especially calcium, which have a strong affinity not only with oxygen but also with Sulfur and Nitrogen. Therefore, SiCa alloy is an ideal Deoxidants and desulfurization agent. 

 2.At present, Silicon calcium alloy can replace the aluminum alloy for the final deoxidation which is used in producing the high-quality steel, special steel and special alloys. For instance,  in rail steel, low carbon steel and stainless steel as well as nickel based alloys, titanium-based alloys and other special alloys, calcium alloy can be used as deoxidizer.
