Cored wire is widely used on ladle refining process. 
Whats is cored wire? 
Crushing the additives (deoxidant, desulfurizer, alloys) into certain granulation (in the form of powder), then, using the equipment to fill the powder into the U shaped sheath, which is made of high quality cold rolled steel strip, lastly, tightly closing the wire, so a multiple material(cored wire) with certain length will be obtained. 

Application

1. Be beneficial to adjust and control the composition of oxidable elements and trace elements, greatly improving the alloy yield, reducing smelting costs and refining time, Precisely controlling chemical composition. 

2. Take effect in purifying liquid steel, changing the nature and form of inclusion, and improving steel quality or casting state. Cored wire can be devided into two types: Interior drawing and Outside put types. The machinery and equipment for feeding wire is simple and reliable, occupying less area. Wire packaging quality: Solid coating, no leaking, crack free, no creases, no deficiency, no empty bag, uniform density, smooth surface free of grease.

1.Conventional packing ton bag (1,000kg per bag), or small bag inside ton bags(20,25,50 kg per bag).

2.Special product can use moistureproof bags or barel moistureproof bags.

3.It also can be arranged according to the customer request.

4.In woven plastic big bag per MT or as per customers' requirement.
