Product Description:

•  Silico-calcium is a kind of composite alloy composed of silicon, Calcium and Ferrum elements.
• It is also a sort of perfectdeoxidizer and desulfurizer.Silicon calcium alloy is an ideal deoxidizer and desulfurizer.
•  CaSi alloy  can be applied as the heatraiser in convertor steelmaking workshop and as the inoculant or additive in producing cast iron and nodular cast iron.

Application:

1.Casi widely used in the production of high-quality steel, stainlesssteel, nickel-based alloy and Titaniumbase alloy.

2.Also apply to be the raisingtemperature agent in converter steelplant, To be the inoculant in cast iron and the additive in nodular castiron.

3.Casi is generally used in manufacturing steel with high quality and low carbon, and the same as the production of stainless.

 4.Silicon calcium alloy can also be used as the inoculants of cast iron and the additive in the steelmaking.

5. It is also suitable for the training workshop as the heating agent, and the additive in the producing of ductile casting iron as well as inoculant of casting iron.

6.Calcium Silicon is used in combination with Barium.The Barium increases the density and reduces the vapor pressure of the alloy, thereby improving efficiency.
