Silicon Calcium Alloy is a stable compound, it is supplied in the form of solid with approximate melting point of 1245° C and boiling point 1800° C in normal atmospheric pressure.
Solubility in water, reacts with moist gas and water.

4). Silicon Calcium Alloy can also be used as the inoculant of cast iron and the additive in the production of nodular cast iron.
