Trough idlers (conveyor roller)

It is the part used to support belt and material loaded on the belt conveyor .There are two types accordance to its shape :standard type and pitch type .The pitch type can be fit on all the line , and it have belt adjust function.

Technical data:

l  Tube(pipe) material :carbon steel pipe

l  Tube (pipe) diameter :89-217

l  Tube wall thickness : more than 5 mm

l  Tube length :180-3350 mm

l  Shaft extemal length :10-40 mm on each side or as drawing

l  Distance between each idler frames ranges from 900 mm to 1500 mm roller

l  Distance are generally fixed at 1 meter to 15 meter gap

l  Belt width ranges from 300 mm to 2000 mm

l  Idler bracket is fabricated from mild steel
