  CRI200A common rail test bench is our latest independent researched special test bench to test the performance of high-pressure common rail pump and injector, controlled by industrial computer, Windows operation system. The oil quantity is measured by sensor and displayed on computer screen ( Electronic fuel delivery system ). All data can be looked up, saved, modified and then generate database. It can provide 0~2000 bar rail pressure and pressure controlled automatically. It can test common rail pump and injector from BOSCH, DENSO, DELPHI and SIEMENS.

 Parameters:

1.   Main Engine System

1. Tianqi quadrupole electric motor (380V) 2.2KW

1. The main frame is aviation aluminum structure and cast iron operating platform.
2. Its control type is automatically computer control and display by screen.
3. The accuracy of weighing oil digital readout (weighing transducer) is 0.1ml.
4. Its revolving speed range is 0~1500r/min (adjustable) (digital readout).

2.   Oil Circuit System

1. The high pressure pump is BOSCH CP3.3, max 200Mpa.
2. Rail pipe is BOSCH.
3. The rail pipe is controlled by automatically closed cycle, and pressure display (accuracy±0.1Mpa) with overpressure protection.
4. Oil temperature (adjustable) is controlled automatically, heated by heating pipe and radiated though radiator.
5. Its filtering type is secondary filter.

3.   Electrical equipment

1. It has built-in electrical box and converter box.
2. Short-circuit protection.

4.   Data base

1. It has more than 400 kinds of standard build-in data, which can be upgraded.

5.   Testing fuel injector

1. It can test 1 fuel injector every time.
2. It can test 6 fuel injectors at most in the same time (Price is extra).
3. The types it can test are BOSCH, DENSO, DELPHI, and SIEMENS.
4. Full-automatic operation procedure, save the time to set up the data.
5. Bosch common rail system (original Bosch rail with DRV) is used.
6. Rail pressure is controlled accurately by DRV and ZME valve
7. Industrial temperature controlling kit enables the temperature to be constant at 40±2°C
8. Testing pump nozzle & electronic unit pump by additional programming system & adaptor.
9. User can add and edit the data by themselves.
10. Save and print the testing results & customer information.
