HY-CRI200A Common Rail Test Stand

The function of the tester for CR high pressure pumps is to provide the desired signal to drive the solenoid in the pump being tested.

  The host transmission of the test bench uses frequency conversion; the pulse width and frequency of the injector drive signal is adjustable; short-circuit protection function; real-time measure the orbital pressure with high-pressure protection function; test six injector at the same time.
The pump /injector type can test: BOSCH-SIEMENS-DELPHI-DENSO

 Functions:

∞ Industrial computer with windows operating system;

∞ Having its own data base which can be queried, stored and modified to form a new data base;

∞ Adjustable common rail pressure in close-loop control, which is very stable with a fluctuation of ±1Mpa;

∞ Common rail pressure is displayed on the computer in real time;

∞ The driving signal, the pulse-width and the frequency is adjustable.

∞ Injection times and time can be set freely;

∞ Over voltage protection function--if the common rail pressure is over 1600bar the machine will stop by itself.

∞ Internet connection makes the remote control possible (optional);

∞ Safety shield of Plexiglass makes the operation very safe.

     Using a Bosch fuel rail with DRV and pressure sensor

     Measuring fuel delivery and fuel return of a common rail injector using a gear flow meter made in Germany

     The injection pressure is regulated by variation of pump speed, pump load and DRV duty to ensure the stability of fuel rail pressure and a long-time continuous operation without over heat on fuel tank with minimized system heat rejection.
