l Machine Drawing / Layout: Detail in AutoCAD format (as for actual workshop) 

l Installation: 2 engineers for 10-15 days without cost. Commissioning fee plus flight tickets, hotel and dinner fee are all at buyer’s account. 

l Training: Training to the local operator to be carried out by the supplier at the time of installation/ commissioning/ trial run at factory.

l Warranty: One year from the date of completion of the commissioning

l Pre-shipment Inspection: 

u Supplier should trial run whole line at supplier's factory before shipment;

u Supplier has to run the machine at least 1hour for each product;

u All raw materials for that trial run to be arranged by supplier at their cost.

l Quanlity Guarantee: Period: one year. we shall send enough spare part of easy damaged for changing along with machine. 

l IF components were damaged in guarantee period, we shall send the spare part free of charge for changing, if the components were damaged beyond guarantee period, we shall supply the spare part at factory cost price. The related courier fees will be responsible to the buyer.

l We provide the lifelong maintenance service. (Commissioning fee plus flight tickets, hotel and dinner fee are all at buyer’s account.)
