 A:We are a manufacturing factory,specializing in research,development, production and management of  filling machinery and packing machinery more than 15 years experience. Our factory covers an area of 5600 square. Until now, more than 20 countries are using our products.

 2.Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?

 A: Our factory is located in Baiyun District,Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, China, about 20 minutes away from Baiyun Airport .All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!

 3.Q: How long is the warranty of your equipment?

 A: 1 year warranty after receipt check upon delivery. And we will comprehensively provide you all kinds of technical support and after-sale service!

2. Lifetime free service, we will replace the damaged accessory (except easy damaged parts) within the expiry date, but customer should bear the courier fee.

 4. If you get the problem on the machine ,our technician will go to your place to fixed the machine as soon as possible. The cost should be in your account.(as above)

Installation: after the machine arrive your factory,if you need,our technician will go to your place to install and test the machine and also training your worker to operating the machine

(The time of train depend on you worker). The expenses (air ticket ,food , hotel,the travelling fee on your country) should be on your account and you need paid for the technician USD50 per day.

 also you can go to our factory to do training.

Packaging and payment:

1.Packaging: International standard export package;
 2.Shipping: 45 days after receiving your deposit.
 3.Payment: 40% by T/T as deposit, the balanced is paid off before factory.
