Cantilever Racking

Cantilever racking, which also called arm racking, is ideal solution for for storing long or heavy items like metal extrusions, steel bars, tubes, pipes, carpet rolls, lumber and furniture etc. It ‘s designed to manage loads of varying length and proportion.

Cargos can be completely accessible from the front without any of the horizontal restrictions of traditional pallet racking, loads of differing lengths may be stored on the same rack and even at the same level.  

Cantilever rack is designed for single and double sided column use. Columns are pre-punched on both sides for conversion from single-sided to double-sided cantilever layouts, arms are easily adjustable and cantilever rack may be switched between single sided or double sided cantilever.

It's mainly used in the mechanical manufacturing  industry and markets for building materials.

The Base 

• A horizontal base is bolted to a column
• Horizontal base use expansion anchor bolts to connect the floor
• Base made from High Tensile Steel
• If needed ,we will use Stiffener to increase the capacity.

The Arm  

• Cantilever arms are the heart of the rack system.Proper selection can make or break a successful storage plan.
• Arms can be adjusted on 3"/4" centers up and down the upright

 Production process:

       The base of cantilever racking or the exclusive use of h profile steel production. h bearing steel according to the requirements of the appropriate choice of the national standard steel. Cantilever Racking do use specific sections of the base, the two back to back c steel plates welded together with the connection, the connection plate width is the width of the column. Two c type steel column welded connection after location in the open eye bolts for easy connection with the column. Bottom edge welded connection for easy expansion bolt connected with the ground.

       Cantilever Racking column by welding together two pieces of c beam. c steel beam to q235 quality for raw materials, steel rolling mill line after rolling into the c, in the automatic punch out of the cantilever connection control, hole spacing 140mm. In the column below, such as by way connected with the h beam welding a connecting plate. Connection with specific sections, such as by way of open joints in the bottom column bolt holes.
