Q. How can I get a sample to check your quality?

A. After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality

If you just need a blank sample to check the quality, we will provide you sample for free,as long as you afford the sample freight

If you need printed samples,we will charge you only the real sample making cost.

Q. Can you the design for us?

A. Yes we have a professional team having rich experience in stationery designs from logo,artwork,package to product.

Q. Hong long can I expect to get the sample?

A. After you pay the sample charge and send us the confirned files,the samples will be ready for delivery in 7-10days

The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 days

You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

Q. How about the lead time for mass production?

A. It depends on order quantity and season you place the order.Generally speaking,production lead time is with in 4-6 weeks.

Q. What's your terms of delivery?

A. We accept EXW,FOB,CFR,CIF etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
