Quality system :                                                                                                                1.Our factory have very inner quanlity inpsection system for each procedure , QC operator inspect semi-finished parts in each the production procedure as QC flow chart and FMEA , make sure the parts is qualified to flow into the next procedure.                                                                       2.The first filter of finish products test in lab as OEM standard and national standards , then one batch can flow into warehouse .                                                                                               3.Quality management system passed ISO9001-2008 certificate .                                               4.For any quaility problem , we will provide 8D corrective action , in the first time to make sure same quality problem not occur .
