Features

1.The straightener machine is designed especially for the straightening of middler plate ,such as the stainless steel ,copper pieces,iron pieces and the aluminum sheet .It can reach a wonderfull straigntening performance.

2.The straightening path adopt theSUJ2 materials imported from Japan .Fist heat processing HRC60oC then grind after plate hard chromium to ensure the unform and the sylindricity commom different of every axis .

3.The straightening adjustment adopt the floating four point balance fine-tuning device and attach the dial indicator to find out the staightening quickly .

4.Except the up and down staightening wheel ,there are straightening assistant wheel to anti the bending,deformation caused by the big pressure and to strengthen straightening strength , service life and enhance the platness of the matetial surface .

5.The up and down wheel of the machine are all automation to anti the power loss and the damage of the material surface .

6.The addition of the lubrication system make the service life longer and also can make the machine in the good working condision .
