LGX-ZJ21 Face drilling jumbo

LGX-ZJ21 face jumbo is suitable for underground mining and small tunneling as well as bolt drilling and cross cut. The revolutionary design based on the advanced technology from world class famous manufacturers and manufacture under rigid criteria. The most important feature of J21 will privilege mining customers to experience a total different service and low operational cost besides overall superior performance on drilling efficiency, passing ability, stability in various applications. The jumbo patented self-balancing chassis layout design is optimized with oscillation +/-10°on rear shaft to ensure both longitudinal and horizontal safety and stability to 1.7m width chassis at +/-41°turning angle. The high performance drilling with low cost consumables of J21 is very much comparable with even large tunneling jumbos.  Impact frequency of 60Hz and impact power of 18kw along with 752Nm torque allow smooth drilling on holes range from 41 to 89mm. The robust telescope boom withstands over 1.5 ton workloads due to well-designed stress and tension distribution square structure.  Cylinder wire type full automatic paralleling aluminum alloy feed guarantee stability and precision of drilling with its rigid shape and protected wearing pad and sliding steel coat. The improved measuring, flushing, lubrication and rock drill automatic return mechanism promise higher efficiency to rock penetration.
