SSD rain water series slurry pump is a single stage, single suction, vertical, centrifugal submersible pump.
SSD Submersible Rain Water Slurry Pump
SSD series slurry pump is a single stage, single suction, vertical, centrifugal submersible pump. SSD means Submersible Slurry Pump. It assembles by submiserble motor and double mechanical seal with oil lubrication. It can be made with agittor types.

Applications
The pumps are suitable for pumping various sewage and effluent contained solids and longer fiber under the temperature 80C such as sewage, industrial effluent, building and construction sludge, coal water, rain water and etc.
The specific gravity of transported mixture is not exceeded 1.1 and PH value in 5-10. It can be manufactured on the special request.
Feature
SSD series sewage pump is state class new product with the features of super hydraulic design, obvious energy saving, reasonable construcion, anti-twisting, non-clogging, easy installation, higher reliability and longer MTBF. It is the ideal water supply and drainage equipment for city, sewage treatment, industrial processes, building and constrution industry.
SSD series sewage pump has two kinds of installation-guide way and bracket types. The pump is installed and operated easily. The construction cost will be decreased in 40% compared with the pump used on land.
Unique Construction Parameters
1. Advanced hydraulic model, CAD technology, higher efficiency and obvious energy-saving.
2. Uniquie designed impeller, wide passage, anti-twisting and non-clogging.
3. Replaceable wearing ring of casing between pump casing and impeller to ensure the pump operating at optimum efficiency.
4. Shaft sealing utilizes double ends mechanical seal designed for sewage treatment and one skeleton.
5. Leakage Protection is fitted in the oil chamber. When the first end of mechanical seal is in failure, the signal will be sounded at a certain level of water.
6. Moisture protection has been fitted in the motor chamber. If the second end of seal is in failure and oil & water enters in motor, it will be warning by hummer.
7.Two types of cooling system can be selected. When the medium temperature in less than 40 , it can be cooled by itself circulation. When the medium temperature in more than 40°C or the medium is contained
of big particles and longer fiber, it can be cooled by the cycling water from outside connection. If the outside cooling system can be adopted, it can be also operated on land.
8. Impeller and rotor will be fully balanced almost without vibration so that they have a stable operation characteristic.
9. Two kinds of installation form-guide way and bracket are easy for installation.
11. Reduced-voltage and full-voltage and full-voltage starting control panel has been used for the starting
and control of nonreversible system of submersible motor. The update technology has been utilized for automatic protection to pump, automatic operation and signal output control. They have the features of short-circuit, phrase-missing, leakage, moisture, over-heat and over-load protection, reliability and easy adjustment.
