Operation of  Cement grout mixer machine

1. Close the valve. Add the water into the grout-making tank and start the tank. The water should flow violently, then,add the cement in a certain ratio. Cement and water is compounded quickly. Stop the motor until the grout is compounded well (about 3 minutes).
2. After the grout is compounded well, start the store tank.Turn the valve handle to open the valve, the grout is discharged into the store tank. After discharging, close the valve.
3. Open the discharge valve of the store tank and start the grouting pump to do the grouting work.
4. Repeat 1 and 2.
5. Clean the grout-making tank and store tank in time after the work finish
