Semi-Automatic design. Reactor choosed especial for diesel exhaust fluid (DEF), also can be used for windshield cleaning fluid, glass cleaner, engine coolant, antifreeze liquid, automobile detergent, almighty detergent, tyre wax and other room temperature stirred liquid products. Widely used in auto repair workshop, auto product factories, auto beauty shop, automobile refitted shop and so on.

Easy operation. Two workers can produce  3 MT diesel exhaust fluid (DEF), 5-6 MT other automobile products in 8 hours. 

All the product formula of products mentioned above , are free to customers, which are also used in our production in China.

Advanced Small Size Water Treatment

* Large particulate matters, iron and manganese are filtered in the first glass fiber reinforce plastic tank
* Peculiar smell is eliminated in the second tank.
* Sodium, calcium, magnesium, and other little microelement will be filtered in the third tank by resin inner. Water after treating flow through six blue filter bottles with PP cotton.
* Three tanks designed with self-cleaning function, no need to disassemble them for cleaning.
* Designed with RO rambrabe osmosis reverse system brought from USA. Water will be highly purified here, grade up to drinking satandard.
* One filter before RO reverse osmosis system for protecting.
* Two water inlet pressure gages, display of conductivity of water inlet and outlet, display of flowmeter of unqualified and qualified water, more easy to operate.
* RO membrane self-cleaning function, realize the repeated use of RO membrane.

Automatic Heating and Temperature Control Reactor

*  SUS 304 Stainless Steel reactor body, good performance in acid and alkali resistance.

*  Designed with automatic heating and temperature control functions. 

*  Max capacity is 0.75KW/h

* Mixing by stirring blades and air compressor, raise efficience.

Multifunction Semi-Automatic Filling Machine

* Two PP cotton filters inner, could be used in filling and feeding. Liquid materials and products can be purified again.
* Timing and dosing filling or feeding, adjustable as need.
* Pressure control walve ensure filling or feeding effect. 

PE Agitator Tank

* Made of PE Material, good performance in acid and alkali resistance.
