Usage method of Flash Light for marine life raft  is as following:

1) Draw out the pole-switch from the inserted hole of outer-lamp, hereafter, it will automatically emit signal of white flash light; Insert the pole-switch to the end of hole, it will be in power-off status.  

2) Draw out the pole-switch from the inserted hole of inner-lamp, hereafter, it will be ignited, and while inserting the pole-switch to the end of hole, the light will be in power-off status.
