Product Description
Combined Roof Brick of Tin Bath adopts the composite structure completely, it is composed by knock brick module, supported brick module and plug brick module for four sides supporting structure, so as to improve the reliability of the structure.
The hot surface material of the brick is made from sintered sillimanite brick, cold surface is made from two layers of lightweight insulation bricks, hanger adopts high temperature heat-resistant alloy steel, breast wall brick is made from lightweight mullite brick, its advantage is no vertical seam through up and down the whole roof brick, so punctate defect is difficult to appear on glass pane. This product is mainly used in float roof of tin bath and furnace roof system under 1300 ℃operating temperature.
