Our custom preengineered fabric building is durable, flexible and relocated, for a wide industrial application of manufacturing, storage, sports and temporary shades, shelters,etc. Structure utilize architectural membranes as wall and roof cladding and galvanized steel frame as supporting infrastructure , can be associated with doors, windows, HVAC, floors, etc.

1. Membrane Options: PVC, PVF, PVDF, PTFE, ETFE.  single or double membrane. Various color choice.

2 Frame Options:

A . Steel frame:hot dip galvanized steel. 

B. Aluminum alloy frame.

Advantage of aluminum alloy frame

Membrane:

High quality PVC topcoated fabric stressed over the steel frame, the translucent properties of fabric membrane covers allow natural daylight into the building, reducing or eliminating daytime lighting costs and reducing air and heat loss. The fabric membrane has nonconductive properties that reduce the transmission of heat and cold, making the building warmer in cold days and cooler in summer season. Our membrane is fire retardant, fire safety due to the structural membrane melted away where exposed to the fire, thereby releasing heat and smoke.  The fabric used for the membrane passed stringent flame tests and was proven flame retardant, self-extinguishing and did not propagate flame.

The high strength steel framework allows us to build clear span spaces up to 60m (197') wide,  any length because the modular design. All clear span prefab, steel frame buildings are designed and manufactured to allow for quick delivery and construction.

Applications

Instant engineering
Modular: The buildings are designed in module, all the components can be disassembled to standard parts and we only need installing all according to papers on site, instant produce and assembly.
Production: The cutting and forming of membrane, frame works of whole structure and steel ropes are all produced in factory, the only work need to do on site is the assembly.
Light weight: Coated by soften materials (fabric) and framed by Aluminum alloy or light steel, all are some light materials so we leave some heavy machines, brings majority of convenience.
Articulate for all nodes: All adopted Articulated and hot-dipped galvanized nodes, simplified assembly requirements and convenience for on site assembly.
Provide the best assembly: When finished all production, we provide the fast and easiest way for assembling and will pre-fabricated in factory to ensure customer can save most of their time and energy on the site works.
