We are a special manufacture of producing refractory products.Utilizing the character of carborundum,such as high temperature tolerable,solid strength,good heat conductivity, shock resisting,high thermal radiation,we produce high grade carborundum board.
The thin carborundum board not only compress the volume of the kiln but also increase the capacity of kiln and the quality of the products and shorten the production circle.They distinguishes clearly from the other products both on appearance dimension and inner quality of carborundum board in China at present.The products can endure long time without deforming,cracking,dusting.They are especially used for high-grade sanitary ware and detailed ceramic products because of not polluting the color of the products.
The carborundum board are ideal materials for producing sanitary ware,Ceramic products,Porcelain insulators,Abrasive,Glass,Chemical industry,Cement,Electricity factory and so on.
Packaging & Shipping
The products are packed by wooden pallets with water-proof cover, then tightened with plastic or steel bandages,or do it as your requirment.
Formed in June 1998,Shandong Zibo Shenzi Refractory Materials CO.,Ltd mainly produces bottom refractory bricks in the tin bath for glass kilns and castable materials,big clay bricks,low porosity bricks,high alumina bricks,various light weight bricks,fire clay bricks,sillimanite bricks,mullite bricks,ramming materials,casting materials,silicon carbide support,sillimanite support for ceramics kilns,and so on.
We has supplied float glass kilns users at home and abroad with complete sets of tin bath bottom bricks,big clay bricks and their matching products for over 300 lines,and exported to Indonesia,Iran,Saudi Arabia,Russia,Japan,Korea,Vietnam,Ukraine,Germany etc.
